  • Acting Chair of the Permanent Panel on Italian Cinema at the Pacific Ancient and Modern Language Association (PAMLA) annual conference since 2023
  • Certificate awarded for participation in and completion of the “Teaching Italian through Food” Developmental Workshop directed by Dr. Andrea Polegato of the Italian Studies Program at CSU Fresno, Funded by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.
  • Pending publication of the article “Foodways of agency: The Representations of Cibo and Queer Spaces in the Films of Ferzan Özpetek” in Erratic Eating: A Transcultural Exploration of Non-Normative Bodies, Sexualities, and Space (final title of volume TBA)
